A KASPA ORIGINAL

Nacho
the Kat.

A black kat. A community. A token on Kaspa.

Community at heart. Still building.

01 / MEET NACHO

It started with a cat.The community kept building.

A real black cat brought people together. They formed friendships and started building useful things for Kaspa. NACHO is the first community token on Kaspa, and the community keeps making things happen.

NACHO & KAS: what’s what?
KAS
Kaspa’s own network coin.
NACHO
The first community token on Kaspa, fair-launched and minted by the community.

You don’t need to buy anything to belong here.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING

Fair launched

No presale. No team allocation.

What does fair launch mean?

NACHO had a fair launch: no presale and no tokens reserved for the team. The community could take part in the open mint.

A fair start.

02 / MEET KASPA

Fast. Open.Without giving up what matters.

Kaspa is an open network for transferring digital coins — the network where NACHO was born.

When no single organization runs the network, independent participants need to follow shared rules and agree on what happened.

Doing that quickly? That’s a challenge.

Kaspa was built to approach that challenge differently.

Two ways to build a shared history

Bitcoin - One main chain

Orange blocks form one connected chain, with each new block added after the previous one.

Kaspa - Parallel blocks

Green blocks appear in parallel at different heights, connecting to earlier blocks to form an interconnected graph.

03 / PEOPLE BUILDING THINGS

Different projects.Different purposes.

Mining, bridging, NFTs and open infrastructure: here are a few projects connected to Nacho and KAT. Each has its own purpose within the wider Kaspa ecosystem.

04 / A LITTLE KNOW-HOW

Why doescrypto exist?

When you pay through a bank or an app, an organization keeps the records. Crypto began with another question: can people send value online without one organization deciding everything? That is where the story of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Kaspa begins.

Don’t trust. Verify.

A simple rule worth keeping in mind.

It doesn’t mean suspecting everyone. It means you can check for yourself instead of relying only on someone’s word. We link to original sources and code where they help, and you can always ask questions.
